1 koppie mayonnaise

1 t borrie

1/2 koppie blatjang

METODE:

Pak hoender in oondbak. Rangskik uitjies en perskes. Meng sous van die perske, mayonnaise, kerrie, borrie en bietjie blatjang. Gooi oor hoender en bak vir 'n uur en 'n half (1h30) by 180 grade celcius.
