To the community of Hermanus, Overstrand and Overberg. Let's celebrate the life of our leader Mzameni Mshenxiswa. He was not just a leader, but community builder, not only ANC lost its counselor but the whole community suffered a great loss.

Sacred to the memory of our counsellor Mshenxiswa, he was a friend of God, a lover of his community, a zealous politician, a dutiful son, an affectionate brother, a tender husband, a loving husband, a faithful friend, an eloquent orator and in manners a gentleman.

To this great man, a comrade, was not only those who share political ideologies with him but any one who was fighting a betterment of people's dignity. He was my teacher in politics an unpaid advisor to made me a better leader.

May God grant this beautiful soul a paradise. We will always remember your great contribution in our community. In all conscience Mzanyelwa Mshenxiswa was one of the great intelligentsia and a modern leader. He should have become a slavish agent of the oppressor and a traitor. Against all odds, he refused.

May your soul rest in peace.
