Restaurant Manager

Main Purpose of the Job:

To manage the entire restaurant operation, ensuring the smooth running of the outlet, taking full advantage to maximise revenue potential and ensure GUEST satisfaction in compliance with the company policies and procedures.

Education, experience and competencies required:

  • Must have 2-4 years Food and Beverage supervisory experience in a 5 star restaurant/hotel
  • Must be flexible with regards to working hours
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • A motivated individual with good communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Ability to work without supervision
  • Customer / STAFF focused
  • TEAM orientation

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Report directly to the Food and Beverage Manager
  • Ensure that the highest standards of food and beverage service are maintained
  • Managing and controlling all costs relating to the restaurant operation.
